TrustedForm is a consent-capture service operated by ActiveProspect. It is the most widely-used tool in U.S. lead generation for documenting that a consumer saw and acted on a Prior Express Written Consent (PEWC) disclosure.

How it works

Operators install a JavaScript snippet on their landing pages. As the consumer fills out a form, TrustedForm records their interaction — mouse movements, time on page, scroll behavior, the specific disclosure language present at submission. On form submit, TrustedForm produces a "certificate URL" — a unique permanent link to a recorded session that buyers, auditors, and litigators can review.

Why it matters

In TCPA litigation, the question isn't usually was there a consent disclosure — it's can you prove this specific consumer saw and acknowledged the specific language on the specific date. TrustedForm answers that question definitively. Without a certificate, defending against a TCPA class action becomes dramatically harder.

Pricing and alternatives

Pricing runs roughly $0.05-$0.25 per certificate depending on volume. Jornaya is the primary alternative; both have broad buyer acceptance.
