Privacy Notice
1. Who we are
"We," "us," and "Lead Broker Blueprint" refer to the website and course operated by Luciano Moretti. Contact: leadbrokerblueprint@gmail.com.
2. What we collect, and when
- Waitlist signup: email address only. Stored to notify you of the launch and, optionally, of quarterly updates.
- Purchase: name, email, and payment-related information collected by our payment processor (Stripe). We do not see, store, or have access to your full payment-card data; that data lives with Stripe under their PCI-compliant infrastructure.
- Course access: after purchase we use email-based magic-link authentication for the members area. We log access times and IPs for security purposes (e.g., detecting account sharing or abuse). Logs are retained for ninety days and then deleted.
- Support communications: if you email us, we retain the message thread to respond and to improve the course.
- Analytics: we use privacy-friendly analytics that do not set tracking cookies and do not identify individual visitors. No data is shared with advertising networks.
3. What we do with it
- Send you the waitlist confirmation and launch notification.
- Deliver the course to you after purchase, including magic-link login emails for the members area.
- Send quarterly regulatory update emails (course buyers only; you can unsubscribe at any time).
- Respond to support inquiries you initiate.
- Comply with applicable law, including responding to lawful legal process.
4. What we do not do
- We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
- We do not share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as defined under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and equivalent state laws.
- We do not auto-subscribe you to additional marketing lists.
- We do not use your contact information for any product beyond Lead Broker Blueprint without your separate, opt-in consent.
5. Service providers we use
We use the following service providers to operate the course. Each is bound by a data-processing agreement consistent with applicable law.
- Stripe — payment processing.
- Resend (or equivalent transactional email provider) — sending magic-link login emails and transactional notifications.
- Cloudflare — hosting and content delivery.
- Vimeo or equivalent — video hosting once video content is delivered (links accessible only to authenticated members).
6. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have one or more of the following rights regarding your personal information. We honor these requests regardless of jurisdiction.
- Access — you can request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
- Deletion — you can request deletion of your personal information, subject to limited exceptions (e.g., transaction records required for tax compliance).
- Correction — you can request correction of inaccurate information.
- Opt-out of "sale" or "sharing" — even though we do not sell or share your information for cross-context behavioral advertising, you may submit an opt-out request and we will confirm it within ten business days.
- Revocation of consent — you can withdraw consent for any optional communications at any time using the unsubscribe link in every email.

7. Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information
To exercise your right to opt out of any "sale" or "sharing" of your personal information under California, Texas, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, or other applicable state privacy laws, email leadbrokerblueprint@gmail.com with the subject "Do Not Sell or Share." We will honor the request within ten business days. We currently do not engage in "sale" or "sharing" as defined under these laws.
If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, we treat that signal as a valid opt-out request and honor it automatically.
8. Cookies
We use a small number of strictly necessary cookies (for session management in the members area) and no advertising cookies. We do not use third-party analytics that set persistent identifiers.
9. International users
If you are accessing this site from outside the United States, please be aware that data is processed in the United States. By using the site or purchasing the course, you consent to this processing.
10. Children
The course is intended for adult professionals. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe we have collected information from a minor, please email us and we will delete it.
11. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit, encryption at rest for stored emails and account records, and limited access controls. No system is perfectly secure; we will notify affected users in accordance with applicable breach-notification laws if a covered breach occurs.
12. Changes to this notice
We may update this notice from time to time. Material changes will be announced via email to buyers and waitlist subscribers. The "Effective" date at the top reflects the most recent version.
