Jornaya is a consent-capture service that competes with TrustedForm. It does the same fundamental work — records consumer interaction with consent disclosures, produces a verifiable certificate, defends operators against TCPA claims.

When to pick Jornaya over TrustedForm

The two are functionally similar. Some buyer-side organizations specify which they accept — particularly larger mortgage, insurance, and Medicare buyers may require one or the other (or accept both).
